My friends were having a small wedding ceremony so thought it was a perfect excuse to make a wedding cake that's smaller in size but still just as gorgeous!
I've also tried out a new technique using rice paper which adds a very elegant touch and they're so easy to make!
I've written the quantities of the cake below and you can find all my other recipes on my channel.
6 and 4 inch cake:
560g melted butter
560g self raising flour (or plain flour with 3 tsp baking powder)
In each 6 inch tin weigh 700g batter
In each 4 inch tin weigh 350g batter
